Our founding partners built businesses in our three areas of focus: supply chain and sustainability, regulatory compliance and IT services.

We focus on opportunities in the $270 billion management consulting market which has grown consistently over recent decades at 6% per annum.  With ongoing regulatory, political and ESG changes impacting corporates, we expect growth to continue.

 

We have a long term investment view, serve as a sounding board for management teams and assist with arranging debt, including acquisition facilities, and further equity funding for our affiliates.
